You can just transfer the coins into your HTML 2.0.0.2 wallet. Swapping manually in case you bought from yobit: Download the new HTML 2.0.0.2 wallet from Let is sync until finished, create new address by going to Receive - (enter a Label-Name for the address if you want) and click request payment.
